Exact Solution of Biswas-milovic Equation Using New Efficient Method
Biswas and Milovic proposed a generalized model for the NLSE that accounts for several imperfections in the fiber during long distance transmission of these pulses. This paper studies the exact solution of the BiswasMilovic equation with Kerr law nonlinearity by a new efficient method. The results reveal that the method is explicit, effective, and easy to use.
متن کاملArtificially disordered birefringent optical fibers.
We develop and experimentally verify a theory of evolution of polarization in artificially-disordered multi-mode optical fibers. Starting with a microscopic model of photo-induced index change, we obtain the first and second order statistics of the dielectric tensor in a Ge-doped fiber, where a volume disorder is intentionally inscribed via UV radiation transmitted through a diffuser. A hybrid ...
متن کاملNumerical Solution of Heun Equation Via Linear Stochastic Differential Equation
In this paper, we intend to solve special kind of ordinary differential equations which is called Heun equations, by converting to a corresponding stochastic differential equation(S.D.E.). So, we construct a stochastic linear equation system from this equation which its solution is based on computing fundamental matrix of this system and then, this S.D.E. is solved by numerically methods. Moreo...
متن کاملExtended trial equation method to generalized nonlinear partial differential equations
In this article, we give the extended trial equation method for solving nonlinear partial differential equations with higher order nonlinearity. By use of this method, the exact travel-ing wave solutions including soliton solution, singular soliton solutions, rational function solution and elliptic integral function solution to one-dimensional general improved KdV (GIKdV) equation and Rðm; nÞ e...
متن کاملInteractions of bound multiple solitons in strongly birefringent fibers.
We report the observation of the interaction of bound multiple solitons generated by orthogonally polarized, highamplitude pulses in strongly birefringent fibers. For the birefringence used, the threshold amplitude for the interaction is higher than that of the onset of second-order solitons on each axis. The characteristics of the output pulses are in good agreement with the results of a numer...
